We are thrilled with the staff and customer service the Orleans store has provided us. We had our pool installed in the Summer of 2024 and as first time pool owners we had lots of questions. My husband, Ryan, has been thrilled with his experience at Campbell Pools. They were extremely helpful in a short term pinch to get our pool blue and healthy again. He comments that our pool has never had a chemical balance this successful since opening. Thank you for your expertise!

Great staff! I had a ton of questions regarding specifics of my pool, the set up i had, water balancing and issues i was having snd fear of having. The staff member (I wish I got her name) took their time with me explained everything from a-z. I came in again for sound advice and it was perfect .... they calmed my fears and nerves of messing anything up and reassured me I was headed in the right direction. I cannot thank her enough. Highly recommend and I will now will be a regular customer. Thanks again for everything!!!
