    The store is great, staff are polite and knowledgeable, water testing is fast; just wish they were open later on weekdays.Recently went in to change my pump and they told me about a repair place if I wanted to explore that instead of replacing it. Chose to replace it anyways and then they helped me find all the parts that I needed rom oictures of my set up much quicker than I would have pieced things together on my own.

    Used to go to Mermaid Pools but got very poor customer service from them on many occasions. Switched to Campbell Pools and instantly got service that was excellent timely and informative. If you haven't switched, do it now and save the headaches.
