I brought a used car to the shop during a test drive. The shop was recommended by a family member and this was my first experience with them. Evan took the car on a test drive with me and showed/talked me through the issues with the car while it was up on the jack. I was really happy with the service provided and didn’t feel patronized as a woman in the shop.
These guys have a strong focus on top quality workmanship. Excellent at identifying the root cause. I've only ever needed to come once to fix the problem. They are not the cheapest upfront, but in the long run their competence and professional work is probably cheaper.
Top notch European mechanics. The guys are pros, they call, they pick up, they dig, give you the info, and they get to work right away. Pricing is fair, invoice is detailed. I personally know of 3 others who use these guys. They're worth the trip across town.
