I agree with a lot of the complaints! Very hard to find a sales person and one that is knowledgeable. I was very fortunate to hook up with Tauseef. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful.

They have lots of options for many things but the price tags are all messed up I went there to buy headphones, I started to leave with a what I thought was a $87 headphones then I checked the price tag and it said it was for a different pair, but the entire row of the headphones were above the price tag.

Wow. Walked in looking for an iPad, I see 4 blue shirts ignoring me as I stand in front of iPads. I ask them for help, they say they can’t sell iPads, look for a guy in long hair. I go to customer service, nobody there. I go back and wait. Finally a guy shows up, I tell him exactly what I want, he goes to get it, while walking back to the cash I realize he got the complete wrong model. Goes back again. Get to cash, 3 zombies standing there, asking me to hold on as they walk around looking totally confused. Finally one takes it, scans it, tell me the amount, great, that’ll be credit please (less than $1000)…they don’t accept tap over $250!?!!!!! What kind of dinosaur...read full review
