My name is kony jairath - and I was at BBM for my lash lift and tint. Yes it's beautiful in there , yes they do a great job and yes I would go back again. BUT what I wanted to say here is that I walked in with my heating pad as I was in pain . The staff immediately took such amazing care of me like I was in a spa or hospital . They treated me so well by keeping me warm with another heating pad, tucking me in and offering me water etc . From Khloe who did my lashes to Erin Vananse to Marcella- everyone was so amazing and thoughtful. Thank you all ❤️

I recently had an amazing lip blush done by Erin at BBM Ottawa, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Erin's expertise transformed my lips, giving them a cool, neutralized color that makes me look and feel much healthier. Not only did the procedure enhance the appearance of my lips, but I also noticed a significant improvement in the collagen production, which lifted the corners of my lips beautifully. Both Erin and Marcella were fantastic throughout the process, and I highly recommend BBM Ottawa to anyone looking for top-notch service and results. They truly are amazing!

I had an appointment last week with Cassandra Roussel for eyebrow nano. It was my first time at this clinic and I was somewhat nervous. But Cassandra was amazing from the beginning. She was professionnal, she explained the process throughout the session and made sure I was ok. All-in-all, the experience was great for me (I even fell asleep during my session). It was a relaxing experience; will definetly return. Highly recommend! Amazing team!
