It’s hard to find honest mechanics in Ottawa, I first brought my van in 2018 and Cynthia and her dad have been amazing! They helped me understand what my car actually needed (turns out my brake pads and rotors were just fine), and gave me the option to either fix it there with them or anywhere else
It’s a small family owned business and I’m always happy to recommend anyone in my life to get their car checked here

Brian and Cynthia were absolutely amazing to deal with. They went up and beyond to help me and were so caring . Truly in shock how amazing this place is. Highly recommend them for your car needs, you will not be disappointed. Had a smile on my face the entire time I was there . I can only give 5 stars but would give them 100
