Green Tree Auto Care, a NAPA AUTOPRO center located in Orangeville, offers a range of auto repair services including diagnostic, oil changes, and brake repairs. Customers have appreciated their quick and professional service, with one person getting their car fixed the next business day after experiencing brake failure. The receptionist is noted for explaining details thoroughly. However, some customers have found the prices to be on the higher side, as in the case of a $1712 bill for replacing two brake lines. Despite this, customers have praised the business for its knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-oriented approach. They are also commended for their detailed and printed lists of necessary future repairs. One customer was particularly impressed with the service received for an exhaust issue and plans to return for winter tires and rims. All repairs are covered by a 24-month or 40,000 km warranty, using quality NAPA parts.
I went in to Green Tree today to buy and install new winter tires for my pick-up. Customer service exceeded my expectations. Their pricing came in under all other quotes I received. I highly recommend this professional team. All info provided up-front and questions answered up front. No surprises. They even text/email service update for you so you know where they are at with your vehicle while you are waiting. Also, everyone was adhering to COVID safety protocols. Thanks for the great experience, team. I highly recommend Green Tree for your automotive needs!
