Call and left messages to have some work done on my property. Nobody has returned my call. Called several times and left messages. Nobody picks up the phone. Crazy way to do business.

James Doan didn’t show up at appointment time, didn’t call to let me know he would be late.Didn’t reply to my calls/messages concerning his no show or if he was even coming to fix the locks.I Waited a few days to give James Doan the benefit of the doubt that perhaps something had happened but no call from him. I hired someone else who came out promptly and fixed the issues.James Doan is Very Unreliable and has shown a lack of consideration for his clients time. I would DEFINITIVELY not recommend this company.
