I had originally booked a haircut for my 1 year old son with Tindi (whoever came on the online booking session). She was the WORST! She did a horrible job, the hairline was all over the place and so many marks all over the head of where she placed her machine. Overall horrible experience and she didn’t even acknowledge what she had done. I came home and was so disappointed. So I called the place again and Tindi picked up and said she understand and that I should come back to have it fixed. Even after my boyfriend got a bad haircut from one of the employees, i tried to give this place a shot since it was my only last minute option before our trip. But after my appointment, i only have good things to say. Rachelle gave me such a relaxing hair-wash, layer cut and one of the best blow-dry. I left so happy and satisfied. She is a gem of an hair artist. Will definitely come back.

I never write reviews good or bad cause I feel like they aren’t read. But here I am because I just had the greatest experience. Caitlin did my treatment today (colour and highlights) she’s amazing! Not only did she do an amazing job she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We were very in tuned as pretty much everything I said at the beginning she matched without me even having a second look!
