I called the shop about a broken screw stud that needed to be welded out. Chris told me to come by anytime and said he could help. When I arrived, he was able to weld out the broken stud and got the screw out quickly. He didn’t even charge the full shop rate! I’m very happy and impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend bringing my car back in the future!
Took my car in today and received excellent service. Very friendly place and they are honest. I was recommended to do something to my car that would have blown my transmission. Great honest people. Thanks for the great service and saving my car.
By far the best mechanic shop in Norwood. I started going to see Glenn and Chris on a recommendation over two years ago. They have never disappointed me. I take both of our vehicles for repairs and service to them. I had my brakes done about a month ago on my truck and one of the pins had broke. I gave them a call and they had the repairs done the next day. They never charged me for the repairs. I very much appreciated that.
I highly recommend them if you need take your vehicle in for servicing. You wont be disappointed.
