Jim and Tash have helped us with lots of renos in our condos. Cost and time estimates are communicated clearly, great ideas are provided and work is top-notch! We found out about First Place Renovations from friends who had their basement finished by Jim and the crew. We hired them to finish our basement a few years ago and they definitely didn’t disappoint. The professionalism, high quality work, and attention to detail kept us at ease throughout the process, and the finished product was exactly what we envisioned. When our basement flooded this spring we didn’t hesitate to call Jim to come back and repair and re-finish the basement. Once again their work was excellent, high quality, on time and on budget.
