This location introduced me to the Ginger Serum and oh my gosh it saved my skin. It's normally used for itchy, irritated scalps but it works on the irritated skin on my face cheeks!! Without it my face would be burning and flaking and itchy. All thanks to the lovely salespeople at this location for bringing this product to my attention. I am forever grateful.

I went in the store the other day, in desperate need of new supplies after the store being closed for a while due to COVID, and what I found was nothing short of amazing customer service. Vanessa helped me find everything I was looking for and more! She knew a lot about the products and was even able to show to a few more products that I hadn't considered because of my sensitive skin. The Body Shop in North Bay is amazing and they really give you the best personalized experience.
