I was extremely disappointed. I regularly go to a different bank for change. I exchange bills for loonies and quarters. Today I went to this particular TD branch and when I enquired about changing my bills for change I was told if I don't have a bank card and TD account she wouldn't help me at all. Very disappointed. This is actually my bank, not for long though.
