Highly recommend! Each member of the PetSmart team was incredibly kind and took such good care of my dog. They also made sure to schedule dogs so that they would spend as little time as possible in the crates. I have not had this experience at other PetSmart stores, so I greatly appreciated this level of care.
PetSmart grooming at this location is top tier! Especially the groomer Laura! Shes the absolute best and very patient and professional with my anxious dog! I 10/10 recommend PetSmart grooming!
Visited the store to purchase fish aquarium filters. First I had to find a staff who told me to push the button on a sign I did not see and then he left. After a few minutes a person arrived and showed me the available filters. They did not have what I needed so I purchased a best guess for a match to my own. When I got home it was a wrong fit. We were able to replace them with a different on when we showed the receipt and returned the first purchase. It is a good store, good return policy and maybe under staffed on the day of my visit.
