The clinic's doctors, particularly Dr. Nelson and Dr. Renee Gauthier, are praised for their thoroughness, compassion, and exceptional care. However, the clinic's phone system and administrative processes have room for improvement, with some difficulty in getting through to book appointments and limited payment options. Dr. Aimee Laronde is the best! She listens well and is very intelligent. I couldn’t image going to any other doctor!
When my doctor is away I am given a temporary doctor if I would like, which is huge! I don’t have to try to reschedule to see a doctor, or try to get into to the walk-in clinic.
The receptionists are always very helpful and kind to me. Calling sometimes can be challenging, but I just wait 15 mins and I can usually get through right away after.
The nurses are gentle and quick with giving needles! I have not had any issues at all!
Overall, I love the knowledgeable staff, how they make me feel important to them, and the cleanliness of the clinic.
Not usually a long wait, but an appointment is required. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free parking is always nice. To the best of my knowledge they are currently not accepting new patients.
Dr. Gleeson is the best caregiver we have ever had. Super understanding. Extremely helpful. Always ready to listen and assist both my wife and I.
We are so very fortunate to have her as our doctor.
