Was very happy to be accepted by clinic Sept.2021 after two years with no G.P. Thank you. Am sure they are all doing the best, so am I, but now I now what it’s like to present with multiple probables and issues. Of course not open in evenings or weekends so still “have” to go to emerge sometimes. Even the Pharmacist is more busy these days. Thing is I dont know whether my issue is serious or not! I've got no complaints. Very Kind. I get all my referrals done. Very understanding when I miss appointments. The wait time is a bit long. But with everything opening up again, I don't mind at all. :)

The North Bay Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic is one of the best clinics that I have ever been a client/patient at. I have been a client/patient there since 2019 and though there were times I didn't show up or wasn't able to be contacted they never gave up hope. They always welcomed me back with kind caring words and concern for my well being. I am very honored to say in North Bay they are one of the vital services that should be recognized for the work they do and the family type atmosphere that they show when I walk through the door.
