North Bay Clinic & Pharmacy is a clinic with a great environment and amazing, understanding staff. The staff is always in a good mood, always willing to help, and makes people feel comfortable and treated with dignity. They relay messages, transfer prescriptions, and put up with an incredible amount of drama. The doctors are knowledgeable and have answers for everything. One doctor is very understanding and uses newer ways to help people afflicted by opioid addiction, including Sublocade injections, which is described as a big life changer. The clinic and pharmacy aspect are highly recommended for those serious about getting clean and changing their life. The staff and doctors will go above and beyond to help patients succeed in their goals if they follow the rules, are respectful, and are serious about success.
The doctor I see is very busy and often not on time for appointments. But the staff makes up for it! Always in a good mood, always willing to help, relays messages and always transferred my prescriptions to the drugstore of my choice when needed! Great environment!Edit - Unfortunately, the dr. Oh the story’s I have about that place would blow your mind. It’s like walking into a different dimension..New Dr. is great. Other one, well interesting is what I’ll say. Staff is great. They put up with a incredible amount of drama to say the least. And they make me feel comfortable and treat people with dignity.
The clinic is just fine. Anything that you may find wrong with this clinic has zero to do with any of the doctors or any of the nurses or pharmacists, it has to do with you. So if you want to get along well at this place, just follow the rules, too easy.
