My furnace stopped working and I called KRB. They troubleshot for a bit but ultimately conducted a full replace. I cannot say enough about this company. They went above and beyond to keep me informed, keep me comfortable without heat and doing what they said they would do. And it was the extra's, staff texting me not just during the day but after hours, repairmen returning to see that everything was working even after they were done and offering to help in any way. They told me I was at the top of their priority list and I truly felt that. Professional, empathetic and hard working. Thank you Jessica, Kyle, Clark and Tim!

The customer service, knowledge, and workmanship of these guys is top notch. I've never had to call them twice about the same issue, and they always treat me like #1. Couldn't be happier with them. Keep up the amazing work!

I can't say enough about KRB Mechanical Ltd. Professional, very courteous, and efficient. Most importantly, they know their work and you don't have to call them back repeatedly (like other local plumbing service providers I've had to deal with). I highly recommend them and trust them with my family's safety.
