Bill, the service manager, took incredible care of our new purchase and ensured his team worked fast so we could drive our truck off the lot as soon as possible. Lisa, the service advisor, was just a breath of fresh air. I loved speaking with her, she really made us feel like we were part of the Hopper’s family as soon as we dropped off our old truck. Kayla, business manager, I can’t say enough good things about her. She really went the extra mile for us and while we sat in her office chatting, it felt like a conversation between friends. Kevin was my salesman. Very helpful and informative. Very pleased with the service. I recommend this dealer. Told him I was buying a truck and they had one ready in 2.5 hours with the best possible deal I could find. 10/10 experience for me.
