I've tried many hairdressers during that time until this past summer when I found Celinne at New Horizon Hair Team. The salon is very nice inside. Most importantly, its very clean. Celinne is wonderful. She listens to what you want and takes that and makes it even better than you imagined. This is the first time since I moved here that I've been truly happy with my hair. She is amazingly kind and my colour is always vibrant. I have even won over my family because the bright colours look professional.
