We had the pleasure of dealing with Laura at the north bay branch and she was courteous, professional and detailed. She provided all the details and information we needed to know. Explained and broke down everything for us. She was quick and accurate. Thank you Laura for your exceptional
Service that you provided.
I am super impressed with Laura from the north Bay branch. Not only was she able to help our situation she went above and beyond to solve the problem I was having with my main branch. And now my husband and I are dealing with the same person. She deserves 10 stars ?
Not only was she compassionate to your situation, she was extremely knowledgeable at what she does. You need to promote that girl. Thank you Laura!!
