I met Mr. Amin the repair specialist. He was awesome 🤩. He has explained each and every aspect of my laptop. He was so kind and helpful. I got the $20 membership from Best Buy. I believe this is going to help me with my all computer and electronic gadgets. Amin deserves a great token of appreciation.once again he is awesome 🤩
I went to my local Best Buy to purchase a new computer after my old one crashed. I already knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I stood by the laptops for a long time without anyone acknowledging me. Eventually, I went to the customer service counter to ask for help. I was told to wait by the computers and someone would assist me. I waited again.
When I returned to the same staff member, I was told they were extremely short-staffed and that it was “Head Office’s” fault. When I mentioned going to Staples instead, I was told, “Sure, go ahead.” Very poor customer service.
