We attended the Best Buy in North Bay to try to resolve an issue we had with the Nintendo Switch TV dock. We were served by Lisa and we cannot express enough how much we appreciated her help. She was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to rectify our situation and we will definitely deal with Best Buy again. She is definitely the 'go to' person if you want something rectified quickly.

Best Buy is a great store they have all your electronics needs cameras cell phones smart speakers earbuds great selection of giant TV's and all your household appliance needs refrigerators stoves dishwashers washer and dryers etc, I bought an excellent desktop computer there for an awesome price .

Geek squad gave best service ever. My phone screen froze on june 12 2022. The man fixed it on the spot and changed my screen protector because he felt it needed changing. All in all great service. Thank you!
