Every visit to Upper Canada Animal Hospital is pleasant from beginning to end. A staff member came into the room to admire my handsome orange cat and give him a treat, and Dr. Baskin was efficient and thorough with the exam and vaccinations. He discovered some things about my cat that I didn't realize; ie. a split at the end of his tongue. I would highly recommend this clinic.
We recently had Painting the Town paint the exterior of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Steve and Laszlo were a joy to work with from start to finish. They not only painted our home in 3–4 complementary colours—including the doors, walls, trim, porch posts, and railing—but also repaired several deficiencies in our stucco and trim along the way.
Their attention to detail and thoughtful feedback throughout the project really stood out. The finished result completely refreshed our home’s exterior, and the craftsmanship shows in every corner. Steve's company did rebuild the bathrooms on the second floor of the house, and did floor and ceiling replacement for a couple of rooms. We did pick them because Steve provided the most comprehensive estimate amog all contractors we approached and the price was reasonable. Also, from the start he did understand very well exactly what we want and came up with very valuable suggestions. The work was done on schedule, extremely high quality and attention to detail. Steve's team was in touch all the way through the process until the last touches and everyone was very professional. They also use GoConstruct web platform which tracks the project progress on daily basis and there are photos and records for every step. Very happy with the final product and definitely will approach SteveBuilt for the next renovation.

I was having some car issues and I had to pull off the road. I was alone and I panicked because I didn’t have anyone to reach out to for help. I looked up any car repair places near me and this place was a little further up the street. I was able to get my vehicle there and because I was panicking I was crying and a mess it was embarrassing but the mechanic there didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing grabbed what he needed and helped me get on my way. Didn’t matter that they had no time available and were busy. I didn’t get his name or the other gentleman from the front desk that made me feel better but I want to say thank you again so so much. I will definitely start coming here instead from now on.

My daughter, grandson, soon to be son-in-law were out for brunch when accidentally both sets of keys were locked in the car with the car running while they were there. I am not even sure if the wonderful staff at this site were even aware however they helped this young couple out. This was the first time something like this has ever happened to them. While my daughter was dealing with roadside the amazing staff inside were treating my grandson like a king. He had a private tour, met all the staff and I Believe the owners, and somehow ended up with ice cream! He was happy and that made everything a whole lot better. Not only an amazing food but customer service as well.
