The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to recommending the right tools and materials. Customers appreciated their patience in answering all questions. The checkout process was quick, and the prices were reasonable. For those who are physically disabled, more staff on hand to help people with obvious physical disabilities would be great, as navigating the massive location can be difficult.
I had an exceptional experience at the Home Depot in Niagara Falls and felt it deserved a detailed review. From the moment I entered the store, everything was well organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which made shopping stress-free.

We were searching for flooring, not knowing 100% what we wanted, and were approached by Marilyn.
She was incredibly kind, and so knowledgeable. She let us know we needed the moisture barrier for placing laminate/vinyl on concrete, she went and got all the materials for us.
We weren't ever tried to be oversold on things, actually found ways to buy bulk and save. She was so helpful and great!

I don't normally submit reviews but I felt that I should this time due to the fantastic service I received from Home Depot's representative Usman in the appliance department in Niagara Falls. He went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a fridge without being pushy or trying to sway me one way or the other. The fridge was delivered to my home by two gentleman who were very cordial, polite and considerate of our home. I have nothing but 100% praise for the service and I would have no problem recommending both the salesperson and the delivery people to anyone.
