I have been going to Stamford physio for some time and they provide exceptional care and understanding of what I need. I am suffering from hip/ low back pain along with frequent and sudden pinch that will grab down the back of my thigh. I’m extremely impressed with the level of skill, sensitivity and care I have been receiving. They have given me the knowledge on exercises I can do at home to relieve the pain if I experience it again. Not only am I starting to feel better, I’ve learned a lot about my body and the healing process. Thank you Stamford physio!
