“My son broke his foot over the weekend and urgently needed an air cast that nobody seemed to have available. Natalia and her husband went above and beyond by opening their business doors to help us get what we needed. That level of customer service is rare to find nowadays. Not only was the service exceptional, but their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help during a stressful moment meant everything to our family. I am so grateful that Natalia took the time to reseach my injury and find the proper back and neck brace to suite my needs. Natalia and the prosthetic sales rep Lisa, are so supportive in finding the best prosthetic possible. I would recommend Natalia and Lisa for any prosthetic device needed for back and neck injuries. They will go out of their way to research injury and find a proper solution for your needs. I definitely will seek them again for any device I require in the future.
