Eddie and Tyler in parts are fantastic to deal with!!! One quick call and my parts arrive same day which is awesome. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The owner even went out of his way to deliver a part to my shop we needed in a pinch last week end of day that saved us from having to disappoint one of my customers. Thanks Andrew, Eddie and Tyler :) Keep up the great service!!!
I highly recommend coming here for vehicle repairs or purchasing a car. The staff are incredibly kind and respectful, and they truly show how much they value their customers as part of the Dodge and Jeep community. They were able to fix my vehicle at the last minute and had it ready the same day, right before the holidays. Excellent service all around!
Had an emergency breakdown traveling from Niagara to Toronto. The vehicle was able to limp its way in to Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership and the service advisor Joe was amazing. He was able to take me in right away, quoted out for me within an hour and even recommended places. I could go to stay and eat. The job was done that same day in about 5 hours. And they got me on the road again and I was home the same night. A big heartfelt thank you to niagara, Chrysler, Dodge, Joe, and the rest of the team!
