Simply the best dentists in Niagara Region. Great dentistry, friendly staff and I even get a discount for being an old man! How much better does it get than that? I highly recommend this wonderful company. They are efficient and professional and their hours are very flexible and meet my needs. Dr Frank is my dentist and always will be. Even if he’s doing something difficult, he always makes it seem easy to me.

After not seeing a dentist for over 10 years (due to lack of health benefits and not being able to afford it on my own), it came time to see a dentist when my gums became swollen. A staff member, referred me here and provided me with all the information I needed before I even booked an appointment. Calling in to book my appointment, they were very quickly able to fit me in to take care of me. Upon arrival, all staff were very friendly and welcoming, and at exactly the time of my appointment, I was directed to my room to be seen. Again, all staff members were quick to check my gums and teeth to diagnose what was going on. Figuring while I was already there, I asked about getting my teeth cleaned as well and was able to get that done a short time later. Unlike my previous dentist, the staff member taking care of me told me to warn them if I was in pain and also constantly made sure I was alright throughout the process. Thank you to the whole team at My Care Dental, you made my visit stress and as pain free as possible, I will certainly continue to use your services when needed.

Been here prob 27 years, prob never leave. Hygenist Rachael was most incredible today. All my visits are wonderful here, and my teeth have never been better. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. Def recommend.
