Hey Bought a Hot Tub from their big sale early May, started of with a bit of a Rocky start the Tub was leaking bad.. Michelle from the Welland store (my home store) immediately sent a crew over to fix they were unable to fix, a few phone calls later I had a new Tub all setup ready to go ..Michelle also gave me a nice discount for the inconvenience. I have bought my chemicals and supplies from them for years nice people ...sorry if I was a bit grumpy delivery took a bit longer than I expected ...but you came thru big time thank you ......

I had to write a review to commend the incredible customer service offered by Dolores! Multiple times over the past couple years she has gone above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of for all our pool needs. From troubleshooting water issues to replacing a faulty heater, she has consistently shown great care and professionalism every time.
