I had an excellent meeting with Sean the other day. Sean showed me the CRM platform that he uses for his customers where there are so many impressive metrics to measure your business by.He showed me a sample customer who he started working with 1.4 years ago. With that in mind, I averaged all the google reviews for the first 4 years and they averaged 1.38 google reviews per month.
