Hamblet’s completed my new roof efficiently and professionally. The entire process from getting a quote from John to the final completion of the work, Hamblet’s has been excellent. The office staff, (James and Rose) are quick to respond to questions. The crew led by Nick is a well oiled machine. They went beyond what was required, answering my questions with photos and explanation. The cleanup was quick and neat. Finally, the trim of the skylights and roof line was completed with expertise by Gary. Everyone I spoke to was always polite, friendly and happy to help and explain. They took pride in their work. I had a little issue with my roof, I called and the very next day they were able to come out 😁 they were very kind and knowledgeable, even getting back down from the roof to get some silicone to I assume to do a quick, very temporary “fix” or slow it down. They gave a price to repair it. I have come to a different solution for now (my finances ugh) but once I’m able to, I will be calling them!! They did all that the other day and didn’t even charge me for their time or the amount of silicone they used! What great people!!! Thank you!! I would highly recommend 😁
