This was my first new car purchase and it was a fantastic experience! I dealt with Vince & Alex (mostly Vince). They were both very thorough in explaining everything and ensured that I got what I wanted and needed, and didn't push for more. I am incredibly happy with my new Terrain and I couldn't have done it without their help. Also, shout-out to the guys in the shop! You are awesome too!
Update Sept 15/2026 - Brought my Terrain in for its regular service yesterday. Everyone in the service dept are fantastic! Thorough & honest - did a great job!! I personally wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else (unless I had no choice).
I wanted to thank Christina for the amazing customer service she provided to me over the phone when I was stuck on the side of the road on Friday with a flat and in search of a tire. She found the tire I needed. The customer service from everyone that I dealt with was great, it is nice to see that there are still dealerships with the small town charm and that take pride in all aspects of the business not just the sales. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle.

Both Nick and Jeff are awesome service advisors, they always treat me like a VIP Customer every time I show up. I only get my Chevy Serviced at the dealership because I like having genuine GM Parts put on my SUV. The mechanics are honest and provide Nick and Jeff detailed recommendations with options, which I really like. There have been times where I delayed a service by a few months because not everything needs to be done right away. Nick and Jeff respect me as a person and as a customer and I think very highly about both of them.
