My Massage with Erlin was absolutely amazing, her technique was on point and her pressure was perfect. Erlin was very attentive to my bodies needs. Friendly and fun, but very professional. My sister and I had a wonderful experience with Erlin and her husband Alan. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at the Fallsview Hotel with my dad back in August, and we came to the spa twice. I got a massage by Shasteen Clarke, and it was absolutely amazing! I have been getting massages at least 6 times a year for decades now, and this might have been one of the best massages I've ever had! Not only was Shasteen amazing at her technique, she also was very in tune with my body and pinpointed where my stress was without me even telling her! I also had a shoulder injury, and she was so respectful and gentle when working around my hurt shoulder. I wish I lived in the area, then I would go to her religiously! She truly made my experience at the spa unforgettable!
i booked a massage (head, neck, shoulders) and ice bulb treatment for puffiness. Juliana was one of the best masseuses I have known, thorough and just the right amount of depth/pressure. The ice bulb treatment did reduce the puffiness around my eyes. All the staff I dealt with were friendly without being cloying and efficient.
My only criticism is difficulty in getting through to a person to tell them my schedule had changed and that I needed to change the time and/or cancel. I did finally get through and arranged. Once I finally arrived it was Wonderful!! Thankyou Juliana!
