“I just booked another appointment with Natalie and realized that I’ve been doing so since the business was just a baby and that I’ve never thought to write a review about why.First off, Natalie is the sweetest person you will ever meet in your life. If you get salon anxiety or anything like that, you won’t at this place. It’s a super comfortable experience in an inclusive atmosphere. Not everyone feels at home in their skin while engaging in self care so this is actually really important. Next, her talent is boundless. Everyone’s hair is unique. My hair isn’t easy and Nat has taken the time to learn my hair. I love that. I always leave feeling so happy with the results and feeling more confident than when I walked in :) This is the place to go in Niagara for sure. Nat is the best of the best. “I retired and moved here from Toronto and having the same hair dresser for over 20yrs. I was a little bit nervous finding a place and a new hairdresser. But I needed a haircut so I thought I would give this place a shot. So I was greeted by an amazing stylist named LuLu with her warm smile and friendly demeanour she made me feel very comfortable. Lulu cut my hair exactly the way that I asked her to and with some pleasant conversation Lulu made me feel that I had found my new place and new stylist.
