My annual family trip this year went back twice ... Amazing experience and great service and staff and very clean facilities will highly recommend this resort for a laid back family vacation.
An enjoyable couple of nights, although the floors in the room are so hard and the carpet has no padding so it sounds like a heard of elephants above you. Really overpriced but good hot dogs At the pool snack bar .
Americana Resort gets three stars from me,
And honestly, that feels about where it should be.
There’s nothing terrible, nothing too grand,
Just a very average stay from where I stand.
The check-in setup is strangely designed,
You check in one place, then your room’s elsewhere to find.
It feels a little awkward, a little out of flow,
Not quite the smooth hotel experience you’d hope to know.
The rooms themselves have clearly seen years,
And renovation is desperately needed here.
Not exactly dirty, not quite a disgrace,
But dated and tired throughout the space.
