My experience at Oona has been amazing and I highly recommend checking them out for any prenatal or postpartum needs.During my pregnancy I saw Alison for Pelvic floor physio, Katie for chiro and Dr. Olivia for acupuncture. All three were amazing and I truly believe I had such a great pregnancy and delivery in thanks to their expertise. They helped me to feel more comfortable during my 3rd trimester (when I was struggling) and they ensured that I was not just physically prepared for labour but mentally too.Since giving birth to my son we have continued care at Oona. Oona Newmarket is a beautiful, clean, and friendly clinic. I went there to start my maternity journey with pelvic floor physio and have continued postpartum too!My physiotherapist, Nabila has been outstanding! She helps you feel validated, comfortable, and listens to all concerns to plan the best program for you. She is very knowledgable and uses your input and internal exam to guide your stretches and exercises. She also helps you prepare for labour, which was so impactful in my successful delivery! I was referred to Oona from a pregnant friend in the spring who was using Oona's services to help her with incontinence. She had started seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist and had great results due to her experience at Oona. Since I was experiencing similar issues during the second half of my pregnancy, I decided to try out pelvic physio based on her recommendation. Alison started treating me, and has been absolutely fantastic.
