Tim visited and assessed the situation with my skylight.He assured me there is no leak. It is in fact a piece of missing drywall and not watermarkI am so grateful he took the time to visit and for his reassuranceAdvised me to call him when and if I do see something untoward.Thank you for your time Tim!I would certainly recommend Simpsons to family and friends.
