They are a good team but the only problem is that the management is not very strong and the planning is not good and I was a season behind in replacing my pool liner because no one knew the right answer and the exact time and they coordinated late and we had to do it the next season but they did their job very well and had an acceptable installation. This problem in coordination brings down the score a little because everything else is good.
Todd and the team at Pioneer Newmarket are amazing. I know it can be overwhelming looking for a hot tub with so many different options and variety in price out there. What I loved most was the honesty and they never pressured me.We are so happy we made the decision to buy from them. In December we purchased a Wellis hot tub from Pioneer Pools. Being first time hot tub owners, the learning curve was steep. The staff here have been amazing. Answering any questions via email, phone or in person. Having in store water testing has been invaluable. As we learn how to test and treat the water on our own, it’s important to confirm what we are doing is accurate. Todd Barry has been amazing to deal with.
