I used the car wash at this Petro-Canada location, but my vehicle was clearly not cleaned properly. Large areas of the car were still dirty after the wash.
When I politely brought this up to the staff member on duty, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Instead of checking the issue or offering any solution, he responded by saying that I had “come before and complained about the same thing.” This comment was dismissive and showed a complete lack of respect for a paying customer.

Filled up here last night and the pump was extremely slow—it took an unusually long time to fill a tank that was only 3/4 empty. Because of the slow flow, the nozzle failed to click off when the tank was full, causing gas to overflow onto the ground. I likely paid about $15 extra because of this. I reported it to the cashier, but there was nothing done and the issue was blamed on the weather. Completely unacceptable.
Extremely poor customer service. The Car Wash Was out of service and mohabatt denied me a wash voucher. I purchased my seasons pass Car Wash here and spent around $230 To be able to wash my car here. He told me to drive across town and use some other Car Wash at my expense
