My family had to rush out of town for a death in our family and I texted Paws Pet Care at the last minute and asked if they could cat sit with our elderly cat for two nights. Well while we were on our way back our sweet Kitty Lou took a turn for the worst. Our cat sitter Brittany who has been our sitter for a few years now called and told us what was going on. She wrapped my cat in a blanket and sat with her in her favorite spot in the house. By the window listening to the birds and feeling the fresh air. Brittany stayed in contact with us the entire time and allowed us to talk to her so she could hear familiar voices. Brittany held Kitty Lou for two hours until she peacefully passed away. This was not what she was hired for and she went above and beyond for our fur baby. Brittany stayed with our sweet cat until we made it home which was a few hours after she passed. She hugged us and even joined hands with us as we prayed and said our final goodbyes. Thank you to Brittany and Paws Pet Care for your phenomenal customer service!
