“I have been dealing with acne my whole life and the scarring that came with it. I met with Dr. Parmar to come up with a treatment plan and that resulted in a series of different treatments over the course of 2 years for treating my acne scarring.

I used to not be able to leave the house without layers of makeup and concealer but after working with Dr. Parmar and Victoria at the clinic, I am now confident and comfortable enough to only wear tinted sunscreen!

I am incredibly happy with my results and Dr. Parmar was super helpful and always willing to meet and answer all my questions. From the skin care products to the treatment plans, she always took her time to explain everything to me and reassure me that I just needed to be patient.

“This was the best decision I ever made! Dr. Rival and his team were amazing! He took his time during consultations and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had an open septo/rhinoplasty done back in February at the Toronto location. I was extremely nervous arriving to the surgery centre but the whole experience was fantastic, very private and relaxing. All the nurses, anesthesiologist, and of course Dr. Rival were extremely sweet and comforting before the procedure that I felt completely at ease before going under.

The recovery week with the cast was hard due to trouble sleeping but after the cast removal it was smooth sailing. I was surprised that I had almost no bleeding after surgery even after yakking my brains out from the anesthesia! I had the stents with the tubes in my nose and was actually able to breathe through my nose slightly.

Swelling went down quickly after the 2 week mark and I stopped night taping at the 3 month mark. Before the surgery I had less airflow through my left nostril and was nervous about how my breathing would be post surgery. To my surprise I could breathe out of both nostrils right after cast removal and perfectly without the occasional stuffiness at the 2 week mark.

I’m now approaching my 5 month post-op and my nose feels 90% back to normal. Aesthetically, I couldn’t be happier, it looks very natural, straight and I love my nostrils now. I’m so grateful that my experience was so easy, based on all the things I’ve seen online that come with a rhinoplasty. Dr. Rival is an exceptional surgeon and artist with great bed-side manner, I couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone on the fence about doing this procedure!“
