First time customer and very happy. This will now be my only salon I visit. The previous place I went to, I had a horrible experience and they almost wrecked my hair. Maurizio's was very pleasant, got me in the day I called and made my hair beautiful again! I got a huge self confidence boost after my appointment. Im not very social and my stylist didn't press for conversation unless I got chatty so I'll def ask for her again! However, she talked me through the whole process of what was happening with my hair step by step which I completely appreciated, as I am quite self conscious regarding it. I was never curious about what was in my hair, she told me. I was given recommendations but no pressure to see them through or buy products.I love the vibe of the place and you could tell the coworkers were also a close knit work fam. All in all I'm super happy and can't wait to go back!
