I went in for a perm which turned out great, but when it settled in I noticed it some parts that were too straight.
They were polite, courteous, and did not hesitate when I requested a touch up. They didn't charge me for returning, even when I took so much of their time.

Randomly came in to fix some brassed out highlights. Got my base back to it's natural brown and some cool dusty purple toner over the highlights! They were patient with me and adjusted the tones as we went. Super happy! Definitely coming back :)
