We had Floors Direct North help us with our floor restoration after a recent flood on our main floor. Jeannie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so kind, organized and thorough. She really made a stressful time much more manageable. The guys who came and installed the new flooring were just as great! Our choice of floor was not the easiest. They were long and wider boards so they took a lot of cutting and care. The finished product was a gorgeous floor throughout!! We are so pleased!! Thank you Floor Direct North!!! We will be highly recommending you to friends and family.

We are incredibly happy with the flooring that has been installed in our home. Jeannie was a tremendous help in finding a great match with the existing wood flooring in our home, it is almost seamless. She gave us a lot of time and suggestions which helped us to find the right fit. We can't speak highly enough about their installers, Fraidoon and his team. They were incredibly professional, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. In addition, they stayed late into the night on a Saturday to ensure that the job was completed. The entire team at Floors Direct North were a pleasure to deal with. Mohammad was attentive and knowledgeable and saw my project through to completion with care and flexibility. Steve and his fellow installers were super professional and did an amazing job. I am absolutely satisfied with the service, product quality, price, installation and post-installation follow up. Highly recommend them.
