Extremely nice and caring physician. Dr Finkelstein has such a relaxed and friendly demeanour it immediately puts everybody at ease. Thorough and competent at all times. Great experience.
The only complaint I have about Dr Finkelstein is with his communication skills. I was promised biopsy results within 5 or 10 days but didn't get any communication about it until more than a month and a half later.
When I had a consultation about the upcoming biopsy I was told most growths in thyroids are benign and therefore I was led to believe tumors or growths in thyroids are either cancerous or not. I was not prepared for a maybe answer or diagnosis. Fear of the unknown is a basic normal fundamental fear for humans particularly when it comes to health. I would have appreciated being prepared for possibility of an unsure diagnosis.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Finklestein. From the very first consultation, he could tell I was extremely nervous, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to make me feel comfortable and supported.
When it came time for my biopsy, the procedure was so quick and painless that I didn’t even realize he had started until he told me he was finished. His calm and confident manner made all the difference.
