UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONISTS.I understand this is a hearing clinic but do they really think people can’t hear them when giving attitude and being hung up on? I left a voice mail to cancel my appointment and just recieved a call back to which the receptionist responded to me with “If your not rescheduling why would you ask me to call you back and waste my time” I began to respond with “ I just wanted to get confirmation so there isn’t a charge” not even a quarter of a way into my sentence I was hung up on. I wish I could give no stars. DR Edward Park should not be a doctor. I went in for one of my ears as it was plugged for a while. It took so long to actually see him that my ear was fixed on its own. I ended up seeing him anyway since I had the appointment booked already and to see what the reason was for my blocked ear. After that day, he not only clogged my ear, he made my hearing worse that I can't hear from that ear at all. And it's been 4 months and its the same. I saw him again to tell him what he did to me, but looked inside and didn't do anything. Said I need surgery. What the heck. On top of that, the black lady at the front was extremely rude to me from the beginning....read full review
