had a good meeting with the doctor, but his receptionists are disgusting. I was on 4th floor of the building (accidentally) and after waiting in a huge line and being told go downstairs at 1033 for a 1030 appointment - called his team and said im sorry i went upstairs. his awful assistant said 'sya well we probably cant take you because we only take people who are on time' . i told her - so 3 minutes late, i cant take the last 12 min of my 15 min appointment.. AND SHE HUNG UP!!!!!!!!!!
1 hour late they took me and my 2 year old. my sincere apology for being 3 min late.. every other review about his disgusting office staff is true
Dr Finkelstein is a total 5 star. My appointment time and seeing him was pretty much bang on. No nurse greeted me at the door when called, Dr Finkelstein came and called my name and introduced himself. He was so caring, patient and most importantly makes you feel comfortable your whole visit. Everything explained 100%. Would highly recommend. Takes abit to get in for appointment but so worth it.
Staff is rude . Receptionist I booked in 25min early I went out of the waiting room after I checked in to use the washroom I came back. They called someone else then I had to wait while they called 3 more people. Once called past my appointment time the woman who does the hearing test was very rude when I asked her why she saw someone before when I was waiting. She told me I should have gone to the washroom before my appointment which is exactly what I did seeing as I had 25min before my actual appointment. I said I'll continue with my appointment.
