Two years after a knee replacement sidelined me, I needed a kickstart. I've been back to training now for just over a month and my sessions at CrossFit Newmarket Central have done the trick. I look forward to ongoing improvement as I get back into the groove again.

I can't say enough good things about CrossFit center. The staff here are incredibly nice and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home from day one. The instructors are true professionals they not only guide you through each workout but also take time to ensure that every movement is done correctly and safely. They are attentive to individual needs, making adjustments based on your specific body condition, which really sets them apart. Highly recommended!

I started at CrossFit Newmarket Central in fall 2023. Shortly thereafter I was diagnosed with cancer. It would have been difficult for CFNAC to be more welcoming, supportive, comforting and helpful than they were. Even with this drastic change in my needs and physical capability, they had a program for me (CrossFit Lite) which has been a huge part of helping me regain my physical and mental health as I embark on the road to recovery.
