I have always had a great experience with Dr Siddha. My child was recently referred to his colleague in the same office, Dr Dai. She was incredibly patient and took her time to explain the diagnosis. Unfortunately, her scheduled clinic/procedure days are very minimal and it's challenging to get in to see her, especially when you work full time yourself. On top of that, her admin staff are incredibly rude and dismissive. I won't be back.
I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, and I was taken into the office within five minutes. The doctor was a man of few words, but no complaints. The assisting nurse and the front reception were all very friendly and polite. I would recommend.
I've seen a few dermatologists over the years to check my moles and Dr. Dai was by far the best I've ever seen! She was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable. It felt like she really took the time to make sure everything was checked properly.
