Great place to learn pole dancing as they have classes at different levels, including intro classes (e.g. intro to pole, spin pole, exo, etc.), beginner classes and intermediate classes. Also great for people with different interests as they have various classes focusing on different aspects of pole dance, including exo, acro, floorwork, latin pole, etc.... There are also classes that don't require the pole, such as heels dance and chair dance. They have sales and limited time offers during special events where you can get a much better deal for classes.

This amazing community i've joined is by far the best fitness place i've been to. Not only do you get an amazing work out, you have tons of fun and the people make the experience all the better as no one is judging you on where your at in your fitness journey!

I absolutely love the community at Body Evolution Studios! It has inspired me to be healthier in every way possible while having fun at the same time. More than just a dance studio, it has inspired me to gain strength, confidence, and meet amazing women along the way!
