We had Ainger group assess and fix an ice damning problem we had. It was difficult to get responses to my initial inquiries for service but once they actually got to the house to do the work, the experience was excellent. To be fair we did contact them during the busiest time of year (right before winter) and they did get our roof done before the snow started falling. Before beginning they sent me a report outlining their assessment, recommendations for fixing the problem and what it would cost. Once the work was complete, they sent another report outlining the work they had completed. Since having the venting fixed, so far this winter we haven’t had any problems with ice damning. So although it was tricky to get them to follow up initially, I would still recommend them.
The guys are professional, very clean work and very good people. I really recommend them.
