Sunspace Newcastle really stepped up and fixed all of the poor work and incompetency of their Lakefield supplier original installation. It is good to see a company stand behind their product. Not only was the work completed in a timely fashion, the work was of the highest standard. Although they have to, as many companies do, rely on the training provided to their suppliers, they can only do so much as they cannot do all the work themselves. Bill took charge and made things happen. Phil was the first on site to assess quality and had a long list of items that needed adjustments/replacement. He and his colleagues did the work and I could not be happier.

I have used Sunspace numerous times at my trailer. They did the original deck railing when I brought the trailer and have since added a matching gate and now an amazing sunroom. Communication was good, timelines were very reasonable and there was a minor issue (hole in a fly screen) that was quickly replaced. Very impressed I would definitely use them again.
We have enjoyed both a front porch enclosure and a roof cover over our back deck. The Sunspace team from Colin to the installers were courteous and caring. Our experience was 5 stars and we are very happy with the results. I will send pics. I’m so excited that I am no longer getting rained on when I bbq. And in the winter I won’t be snowed on either…can’t wait.
